FUTURE TECHNOLOGY

A COMPUTER PROGRAM THAT READ MINDS
What is we were able to read each others thoughts? Well there is a new computer program,( developed in the US) that is capable of decoding peoples thoughts. Electrodes would have to be implanted in the brain though, to predict what you are seeing, based on the electrical signals coming from the electrodes. Even more amazing, the decoding takes place within milliseconds of you seeing an image.
In future, this application will greatly benefit those unable to speak. In 2004 two scientists transmitted thoughts to each other using a brain to brain link, while in 2011, researchers translated brain waves into the movie clips people were watching at the time.

Brain facts
There are differences in the ways women and men feel pain, make decisions and cope with stress
The part of the brain responsible for multitasking do not fully mature until we are 16 or 17years old. The average adult brain weighs between 1.3 and 1.4kg.
The brain accounts for about 2 percent of the body weight,  but uses about 20 percent of the oxygen in the blood.
The folded, meandering surface of the brain allows it to pack in more surface area therefore lending it more processing power
